Images 2.5 is an independent guide and planned image-generation service. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your location and must provide accurate account information. Initial paid availability, if approved, is intended for customers in the United States.
You are responsible for your account and activity. Do not use the service to violate law, rights, platform rules or safety controls; impersonate others; create prohibited sexual, violent, deceptive or abusive material; attack the service; or bypass limits, review or payment controls.
Planned packages are one-time service credits, not money, deposits or an investment. A request may consume different credits by model. Failed requests restore reserved credits when the system can determine that no service was delivered. Availability, output quality and processing time are not guaranteed, and users must review outputs before use.
You must have rights to submitted material and remain responsible for how outputs are used. Third-party providers have their own terms. The service may suspend unsafe or abusive activity and may change or discontinue features. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
