Privacy Notice
This draft describes the production data flow planned for Images 2.5. It becomes effective only when the service publishes an effective date.
Data we handle
We may handle account identifiers and verified email status; prompts, generation settings, task state and generated assets; purchase, refund and dispute metadata; subscription consent and delivery status; limited device, referral and analytics data; and security records such as rate-limit counters and keyed IP hashes. We do not store full payment-card details.
Why and where data is processed
Data is used to provide accounts, generation, private asset access, billing support, fraud prevention, service analytics and requested communications. Depending on the enabled production features, processors may include Vercel, Neon, Clerk, Cloudflare Turnstile, OpenAI, Vercel Blob, PayPal, Resend and Google Analytics. Processing may occur outside your country.
Retention and choices
Current defaults keep generated images for 24 hours, prompts for 30 days, task payloads for 90 days, operational audits for 365 days and deleted account profiles recoverable for 30 days. Financial or security records may be retained longer when law, fraud prevention or dispute handling requires it. You may request access, correction or deletion, and may unsubscribe from optional email using its link or the support address.
