When a generation fails before a usable result is delivered and the system can reconcile the attempt, reserved service credits are returned automatically. Provider outcomes that cannot yet be determined remain pending reconciliation rather than being treated as free usage.
Unused purchased credits may be refunded when required by law or the effective policy shown at purchase. Credits already consumed for completed generation are generally not unused value. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or valid claims for unauthorized, duplicate or incorrectly charged payments.
Email wenhao.think@gmail.com with the account email, order identifier, payment date, amount and reason. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or API keys. Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal transaction where supported, and processing time also depends on PayPal and the original funding method.
